Our prices for the downloadable and hosted versions are here. The first month of the hosted service is free, and the downloadable software has a free trial 28 day licence.

What if I want a refund?

We offer a no-quibble 30 day full refund policy for the downloadbale software. You may cancel your subscription to the hosted version at any time.

What are the terms of the licence?

Installation

I'm having trouble installing the software. Can you help me?

Yes we can. Contact us and we can arrange a free, remote hands-on session to install the software on your computer for you, using Copilot.

I've got an error message when I try to install. Can you help to fix it?

Yes we can. Firstly, review some of the possible error messages here. If the suggested solutions do not resolve the issue contact us and we can help you fix it.

I don't want to install software at all. Can I still use SoloManage?

Yes you can. You can sign up for our hosted version of SoloManage, available as a low cost monthly subscription service.

Can I install a trial version?

Yes you can. If you choose to download and install the software on your own computer, the software has an in-built trial licence, which provides free, limited use for 28 days.

Do I need to install any software on the computers my users have?

No. SoloManage is browser-based software, so all you need is a computer with an internet browser to use it.

Can I install it on a Mac?

You can use a Mac to logon to your copy of SoloManage, but the software has to be installed on a Windows computer - a laptop, PC or server. Subject to the licence you buy, several users can then use SoloManage, including Mac users using the Firefox bowser. If you only have a Mac, then you can still use SoloManage by signing up to use our hosted version

Can I install it on Vista?

Yes you can. There are a couple of simple extra steps you need to take in installation, which are described in this guide

Can I install it on Windows XP Home Edition?

No. Windows XP Home Edition lacks some of the basic core features needed to run SoloManage software. You could still use SoloManage with XP Home Edition by subscribing to to our hosted version.

Do I need to install any other software?

You may need to install some free prerequisites, if they are not already present on your computer. The minimum requuirements are all standard Microsoft components: Internet Information Services (IIS), available on the Windows CD which came with your computer; SQL Server Express 2005, and the Microsoft .Net framework 3.0

To view the spreadsheets and documents which are generated by SoloManage, you need Microsoft Excel and Word 2007. You can use Microsoft Office 2003 versions of Execl and Word, although some formatting may be lost in the Word documents.
