How it works

 

The SoloManage process represents a flow of work from the creation of a client to the preparation of an invoice.
There are five main areas in the process, represented in the top menu bar of the software:

Clients typically have projects, which include tasks, which require time to be recorded, in order to bill. SoloManage
provides a simple process to arrange this flow of work, from client contacts, through project management, to final billing.

Record details for each of your clients, with automatic summaries of all active and completed projects, billing and transaction history and company details.

The focal point of projects. Includes information about tasks, scheduling, expected billing. Allows files and documents to be added to the project detail. Control project membership. Create templates for projects.

Set task start and end dates, allocate responsibilities, track time. Generate work programmes.

Record time spent on tasks and non-billable work, Automatically calculates utilisation and chargeable time statistics. Generate timesheets in either Microsoft Word ™ format, or as a Microsoft Excel ™ spreadsheet. Includes editable document templates.
